Necro Swarm: the free idle necromancer game

The realm of Aurel sleeps. You will wake it, one corpse at a time. Necro Swarm is an idle and incremental game about building an undead empire: click to harvest souls, open graves for corpses, raise ever stronger undead, and let the plague spread across a living map.

How to play

• Harvest Souls with the glowing skull to begin.
• Open Graves to produce corpses; every unit you raise needs one.
• Raise the undead: Skeletons, Ghouls, Wraiths, Liches and beyond, up to Bone Colossus, Dread Lord and Grave Titan. Each tier earns souls per second.
• Invade the map: your horde's might rots region after region, from Barrow of Ash and Hollowmere to Aurelion, the Capital.

The Rite and mutations

When progress slows, perform the Rite to start over with Dark Essence, which you keep, and pick mutations that change how your swarm grows.

Progress while you're away

Your game saves in your browser and the dead keep working while you're gone, so come back to a bigger horde.

Feats and ranks

Unlock feats as you go and post your souls to the leaderboard to see how your swarm ranks this week and of all time.
